Maurice Ménardeau 1897-1977 Painter, French watercolourist, frequents the studio of Charles Fouqueray, devotes himself to painting from 1921, settles in Concarneau in 1924, exhibits at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1925 to 1931, at the Salon de la Marine in 1931, was appointed Painter of the Navy in 1935.
