Game table with varnished flap top forming console in amaranth veneer with maple and lemon marquetry with floral decoration, foliage, acanthus scrolls, a Medici vase in the middle on a figured entablature; this rich decoration is in a double fillet surround; nets of the same spirit are found on the front, single or double, of the four sheath legs; the 4th rear leg of this table matches the opening or closing movement depending on the folded or unfolded position. Once opened, a carpet of green felt in good condition is discovered in an entourage around the marquetry with ribboned parallel patterns. Furniture from the very end of the 18th century, or around 1800 at the latest.
Note: the varnished top, like the rest of the completely flat furniture, nevertheless shows traces of its age.
