Extremely rare Louis XIV period knife with bone  handle. It still has its original steel blade. The curved carved bone handle was originally stained green using copper oxides. The handle is mounted with baroque fittings in solid silver. Some fittings are missing. The general condition of the knife is very good and we could perfectly use it at the table.
