Crazy desk in Louis XV style, mid-19th century, attribution Gervais Durand Double-sided flat desk in rosewood veneer of very high class, opening with three frieze drawers. Frieze richly inlaid with geometric motifs. The binding is in chiseled bronze in the rococo style, depicting acanthus leaves and garlands of flowers. Mounted on four cabriolet legs decorated with carved gilt bronze. Leather upper finished with embossed gold.
