Louis XV Cutlery Set, 72 Pieces, Sterling Silver, Henri Soufflot, Circa 1890, Ar Monogram

Very beautiful Louis XV style cutlery set in sterling silver made in the workshops of Henri Souflot in Paris at the end of the nineteenth century. The blades of the large knives have been replaced by stainless steel blades at Souche-Lapparra, the dessert knives still have their original blades in solid silver. Each piece is engraved with a lovely interlocking AR monogram. The set weighs 3 kilos without the knives.
