"Fur Bracelet In Ivory"

African ivory bracelet from the Fourrure culture. Like the other fur bracelet that we have in the online store, this one also had a dual purpose: decorative and for sewing. In this case, the bracelet has a wide groove around it with ornaments on the inside that were used to wind the thread for sewing. Very dark patina, with some cracks. End of the 19th century.
