Custos in the shape of a paten in gilded silver with chiseled decoration of a floral cross on a guilloché ground. Silver 800/1000, punch Work around 1900, by Josef Brems-Varain famous German Master Goldsmith of the 19th century. He exhibited in Chicago in 1888 and in 1903 received the papal order of Gregorius.
