She was one of the first Canadian minimalist artists to initiate acrylic sculpture. Studied under Dr Arthur Lismer, CC, LL.D., RCA, OSA (Canadian Group of Seven) in 1966-69 she graduated from the School of Art and Design of the National Gallery of Montreal. All of his sculptures are original works of art, influenced by the California Light and Space art movement of the 1960s-1970s. Initially, she worked strictly with transparent blocks of cast acrylic. The exploration of the concave lens and his concern for optical finish gives him endless possibilities. Her work was produced in Paris, France, from 1969 to 1984 where she lived and has been exhibited internationally.
