"Large Louis XV 18th Century Cartel With Martin Varnish 150 Cm"
large cartel and its wooden lamp base painted with polychrome bouquets, lion and lioness. very rich gilded bronze ornamentation decorated with acanthus leaves and foliage scrolls. movement of Alexis Jean Mathieu HUAU in Paris dated 1762 on the springs. total height: 150 cm width: 61 cm strikes the hours and half-hours. works very well. Note some thin slits on the lamp base, otherwise good condition.
