Double pin in 18 carat gold, one part represents a hand in a wrist adorned with lace holding a natural ruby. The other part is topped with a pearl. The two pins are connected by a chain.
These type of pins were worn to close the shirt and not to adorn the tie. **
Work from the beginning of the 19th century.
Hallmarks: eagle's head, the hallmark is surely posterior to the jewel;
Goldsmith hallmark: present but illegible.
