It is about Louis FORTON (1879 - 1934), famous draftsman: the author of the comics "The nickeled feet", "Bibi Fricotin" etc ... The publisher is Claude OFFENSTADT (The Parisian society of Edition SPE ) great friend and collector of the works of GEN PAUL. His son Patrick will also become a fervent buyer and seller of GEN PAUL's works. The OFFENSTADT family has forged long-standing friendship with the artist.
