Interesting gouache from the end of the 19th century by Ferdinand Troupeau, an artist born in Bordeaux. Signed F Herd 1881. This work on which is inscribed on the lower left "big white house" is probably an order for the famous linen store located in Brussels. Beautiful wooden frame and original gilded stucco with fruit decoration.
