XVIII Firewall Walnut Tapestry
superb and elegant 18th century firewall in walnut. It rests on 4 feet connected to each other by a scalloped travese. The whole frame is perforated and fretwork, the crosses and uprights are shaped scrolls all around. A movable frame including a tapestry with Chinese decorations rises vertically. High quality work in a very good state of preservation.
