Excellent quality and condition portrait of the Duchess of Cleveland in an architectural garden holding a mandolin next to a water fountain with a cherub on top. Typical of the studio portraits of Lely at the time who was the main family painter. Provenance: Private collection, London. Size: 49" x 39" approx.
