Old ring whose mount is formed of a setting in the shape of an openwork crown and adorned on its top with a pearly pink Orient cultured pearl, supported on either side by 2 old cushion-cut diamonds. On either side of the head, two winding decorations adorn the start of the ring and are covered with streaks.
