superb dressing table with psyche from the Empire period in solid mahogany and flamed mahogany veneer, opening to a drawer decorated with a sliding shelf and a compartment, top in mahogany and white marble supporting an oval-shaped psyche decorated with motifs of olive branches in gilt bronze supported by 2 columns adorned with gilt bronze finely chiseled with palmette motifs, stars and Greek motifs, resting on 2 columns in front and 2 uprights in the back joined by a tray in curved spacer, superb and original model, early 19th century period, in very good condition
