Green, red and white rhinestones. Crowned compass resting on an arc enhanced with "NEUF" rhinestones and articulated crown enhanced with FIVE white rhinestones and FIVE green rhinestones. The pelicant is surmounted by a pattée cross enhanced with FIVE red rhinestones. On the obverse, a pelican with its young and on the reverse the eagle.
