Bronze bust of a little girl by the sculptor Enzo DEI. Enzo DEI was born near Bologna in 1916, his family moved to Nice in the years 1922. At the age of 20 in 1936, he graduated first from the sculpture section of the school of decorative arts, in 1937, he entered at the fine arts in Paris. Enzo Dei was an artist with a tragic destiny, who died at the age of 31 when he was perceived as a very talented sculptor by his master Félix Joffre. He was a permanent member of the Salon of French Artists receiving the third medal in 1942 and the second medal in 1944. He specialized in the representation of women.
