Tric Trac Table From The Louis XVI Period.
Games table forming an 18th century desk. The reversible tray has retained, a rare thing, its original leather. (losses and accidents). On the back a thick sheet of felt allows you to play cards. The interior of the cabinet is decorated with six arrows in white and green ivory on an ebony background. Preserved in a beautiful original state, this backgammon rest on four tapered and fluted legs, the crosspieces with recess allowing a passage of legs perfect for daily use in the office. France, circa 1780. Comes with two sets of fifteen turned boxwood tokens.
