Large Rocaille Style Chandelier In Gilt Bronze With Red Opaline
Imposing gilt and chiseled bronze chandelier with 12 belt lights in ornaments of volutes, shells and acanthus foliage of rockery inspiration.
In the center a large dome lampshade in red opaline with a white interior, the whole is suspended by three rope-like chains, at the top a large openwork pavilion.
Late 19th century work.
Originally fitted with an up-down system.
Very good condition, very beautiful slightly pitted gilding.
