Terracotta representing a young faun signed by Paul Silvestre on the terrace and Susse Frères edition stamp. Admitted to the School of Fine Arts in Paris in 1905, Paul Silvestre was awarded the Prix de Rome in 1912 and won the gold medal at the Salon des Artistes Français in 1930.
