Carved and gilded blond oak
Early 20th century
Very beautiful woodwork in blond and gilded oak, molded and carved with shells, enlelacs and floral motifs. It presents two panels sculpted with the allegory of medicine; one with the caduceus and a covered pot monogrammed RU, the other with an apothecary mortar, surrounded by olive branches; as well as two other finely carved openwork panels. It is made up of bookcases, cupboards, niches and doors, on one of the walls it is possible to place a large fireplace under the mirror.
The woodwork also includes two panels (same as wood and patina) 1 meter wide which can be cut in half (i.e. 50 cm x 2). This allows these 4 panels (once cut) to be placed in a uniform pattern in order to widen the woodwork or lengthen it.
Or 2 possibilities:
1/ By expanding: Width: 663 cm x Length: 926 cm = 61.40 m2
2/ By extending: Width: 563 cm x Length: 1026 cm = 57.76 m2
