Anne Dangar (1885-1951), Woman and Child Rare and important circular polychrome glazed ceramic dish depicting the representation of a cubist work by Albert Gleizes. sign. slight gaps on the edge. Australian potter and painter, having studied in Paris, she discovered Albert Gleizes by reading "La Peinture et ses lois". In contact with him, she developed at Moly-Sabata avant-garde methods demonstrating a perfect assimilation of cubist principles in popular art.
