19th Century Perfume Bottles
Set of scent or salt bottles in a circular shape comprising four small bottles, surmounted by a fine structure in gilded and chiseled brass in the Empire style.
One of the motifs is decorated with acanthus leaves, laurels and rosettes framing a crowned eagle.
The second motif is a winged putto carrying a bow and an arrow that can be related to the cupid angel, symbol of desire and love. He stands on the spine of a Doric column adorned with a laurel wreath. The base of the bottle is decorated with an astragal of oval pearls and diamond pirouettes.
Period first half of the 19th century.
Complete set in perfect condition.
