Large solid silver SANCTUARY lamp. Belgian work at the end of the 19th century. Neo-Gothic style. Original red crystal lamp. The lamp is suspended by three solid silver chains in a trompe l'oeil of braided rope, intercalated in the chains of the crystal balls. In good condition and detachable from the chain. The lamp is dated 1896. engraved in the belt. “CHRISTUS IS LUX”. The lamp is completely removable. Brass part inside. And three brass fasteners. The gross weight is 7350 gr. The net weight of silver 6050 gr. The lamp has been completely disassembled for cleaning and weighing the solid silver elements. In good condition. Height: 145cm
