Rare Little Library - XVIIIth
Rare small port library, work from Nantes, in solid Cuban mahogany. The top of the cabinet is engraved with the initials LF. It opens with 2 half-glazed doors whose frame is cut into animated shapes. The interior is lined with 3 adjustable shelves on racks. The sides are paneled just like the back which is in Mahogany and various woods. It rests on 4 cut-out crowbars.
Period: Late 18th century.
