"Louis XV Cylinder Desk"
Charming roll-top desk from the Transition Louis XV / Louis XVI period (2nd half of the 18th century). It is veneered with rosewood, violet wood, tobacco, and has a beautiful inlaid decoration of bottomless cubes, and musical attributes in its center. It opens with 3 drawers in front, and the cylinder discovers an interior sheathed in green leather, and equipped with 2 small drawers, as well as a cardboard box. The bronzes are gilded and very slightly patinated. This piece of furniture has been completely restored and refinished. It is therefore in perfect condition of finish and operation.
