Small Sofa End Table, In Chromed Metal, By Max Sauze - 1970 flag

Object description :

"Small Sofa End Table, In Chromed Metal, By Max Sauze - 1970"
Small side table with geometric and design lines, designed in the year 1970 by the Franco-Algerian metal craftsman, Max Sauze (born in 1933). In 1968, this pioneering artist founded his aluminum work company, where he created dynamic and sculptural lighting. Among his remarkable designs, there are also architectures such as the Isocele Nesting Tables. To this day, his son, Sébastien Sauze, has taken over the family business and designs his father's creations by hand. This "made in France" coffee table has a parallelepipedic structure with a square section, formed of a tubular frame made of chromed metal and drawing Isosceles triangles. Its top consists of a removable mirrored glass top. The iconic appearance of this sofa end table combines both lightness and minimal dimensions, allowing you to assign it to the room you want. Its very airy aesthetics will discreetly adapt to an already modern, Scandinavian or more contemporary interior.
