It has an Art Nouveau decoration, the metal frame with brown patina is signed VAL (Verrerie Artistique de Lorraine).
It would be a Lorraine production of VERRERIE BELLE ÉTOILE created by Antonin Daum & Compagine Croismare.
The object is in good condition, no shock, no cracks, slight wear from use.
