Lithograph before the letter produced by Henri Deschamps and Mourlot Frères on the occasion of the exhibition devoted to Maurice Utrillo at the Galerie Paul Pétridès, from May 10 to June 8, 1966. The drawing here represents 12 rue Cortot which was none other than Maurice Utrillo's studio. Today it is the Musée de Montmartre.
