Triangular-shaped leather case, containing a sewing kit consisting of a pair of scissors, a needle case, an awl and a thimble.
Note that the weaving needle is missing.
The coins are silver with Egyptian motifs.
French work from the mid-20th century, hallmarked with a boar's head.
