Probably the region of Chefchaouen or the Rif ... Louis John ENDRES (1896-1989) studied at the School of Fine Arts in Cincinnati then at the Tiffany Foundation in New York. He then moved to France. From 1926 to 1930 he made many trips to Morocco and ended up settling in Rabat in 1931. He became a member of the Society of French Orientalist Painters. His works are sold to museums and to prestigious private collectors such as President Eisenhower, the Duke of Nemours and Moroccan dignitaries. See Dafina Note, cartridge and exhibition label.
