Pair Of Candlesticks In Marble And Gilt Bronze Louis XVI Period

Pair of Louis XVI period candlesticks in Bardoglio blue turquin marble, white marble and finely chiseled gilt bronze. Mounted on three ball feet, the circular base supports a column topped with an antique vase forming a binet. The set is adorned with lotus leaves, rows of pearls and chains embellished with pompoms. Very good state of conservation of the gilding. Elegant 18th century work.
