"Frontal Ornament "kapkap" Solomon Islands Océania Primitive Art"
Frontal ornament (kapkap) mounted on a "tridacna gigas" clam disc shell,delicately chiseled with concentric circles in sea scale attached by 4 seeds in its center.
The necklace allows to bind this ornament on the side of the forehead, it consists of an alternation of pearls of small shells also serving as coins ended by two small seeds.
