17th century Brussels Tapestry This Tapestry represents the error of King Oeneus having omitted to offer a sacrifice to Artemis. The King kneels before Dionysus, God of the vineyard, of the wine and of its excesses, offering him a bunch of grapes. He thus turns his back on Artemis who comes down from the Pantheon and does not suspect the fate that will befall him. Our house assures you the sale of a tapestry with invoice and approved expertise, well cleaned, in good condition with its fixing system. If this should be necessary, we will tell you what work has been done. All our tapestries can be presented to you at your home in France and neighboring countries before your final decision.
