Oil On Canvas, "Eglise de Beaugé" or "Neige en Anjou (in the Valley) by Marcel Azéma-Billa. Born in Paris, in 1904 and died in 1999, Marcel Azéla-Billa is a painter who painted landscapes of Brittany and Anjou. It was from his uncle Ernest Azéma (who received the Prix de Rome for painting) that he learned to draw. He received several prizes during his career: winner of the Othon Friesz prize, prize Meurand of the Institute in 1951. He also participated in many exhibitions, whether in Angers or Toulouse.Many of his works have been acquired by the State, the city of Paris, several Museums and Cities of France and foreigners.
