Small Miniature Statuette Diane Huntress Greyhound Quiver XVIth Century

Small ivory miniature sculpture representing diana the huntress with her quiver in the back, holding her bow in the left hand and a cup in the right may, at her feet a greyhound watching her, possibly German work, from the 16th century. This statuette is in good condition and is of exceptional quality. A note: it was glued on the wooden base (more recent), traces of glue at this place, the head was broken and also glued again, small break and missing on the tip of the arc, some wear and dirt on the time, well look at the pictures. Specimen in worked ivory, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore conforms to Regulation EC 338/97 of 12/09/1996 art.2-Wmc.
