Chiseled bronze, ormoulu.
These lights are designed in Rocaille volutes, part of which is hollowed out in a canopy above a putto holding a flower. The movement of the decor is particularly exuberant, at this level the Rocaille style becomes almost “contemporary”. These andirons are gripped by heavy iron log bars.
