Bronze signed at the base, numbered 1714.
Stamp of the founder: "Société des Bronzes de Paris", foundry located in Paris in activity from 1875 to 1930.
Plate located at the base bearing the words "First star, Salon des Beaux Arts".

Henri Louis LEVASSEUR (1853-1934) :
sculptor of figures and allegorical statues, pupil of Emile Thomas and Eugène Delaplanque, he exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français : 1882 honorable mention, 1885 3rd class medal, 1888 2nd class medal , 1889 bronze medal on the occasion of the Universal Exhibition, 1898 1st class medal, 1900 silver medal at the Universal Exhibition.
