Pretty small cup in thick glass on an orange background, around 1900 1930, Art Nouveau decor, the silver metal frame is signed VAL (Verrerie Artistique de Lorraine).
It would be a Lorraine production of VERRERIE BELLE ÉTOILE created by Antonin Daum & Compagine Croismare.

the object is in very good condition, no shock, no cracks, no wear.
