JC Delafosse, architect and designer and engraver of ornaments was approved by the Academy of Bordeaux since 1781, where he exhibited drawings at the Salon. His main works are 4 large series of engravings of decorative motifs, among others: "New Historical Iconology or Hieroglyphic Attributes" (108 fol.), "Decorations, S Sculptures, Goldsmiths and Various Ornaments "(24 fol.)," Furnishings ". In smaller series, we find models and designs of all kinds for emblems, trophies, facades, portals, fireplaces, tombs, furniture, church utensils, clocks, models of goldsmith's work, etc., drawn with skill and with great depth. Antoine-Henri Voisin, also known as Henri Voisin (1733 - after 1815), was one of the best watchmakers of his time. He was admitted as master watchmaker in 1755. Son of Charles Voisin (1685-1761), another eminent watchmaker, they joined forces in 1758. Two years later, in 1760, Henri succeeded his father and became one of the most important watchmakers in Paris until the Revolution. Paris, rue Dauphine, married to Marie Jeanne Chrestiennot, mentioned on March 3, 1768, October 16, 1770, March 12 and 27, 1781, October 10, 1787 and December 17, 1789.
