Crystal And Bronze Cornet Vase Second Empire
From the Second Empire period, cornet vase in polylobed crystal, with sides, on a diamond-cut ring. It rests on a bronze cup with gadrooned decoration, on four claw feet with lion heads. Removable spacer ring, with rotating decoration of myrtle leaves. Cherry red marble base. Original gilding. Beautiful original condition, no accident. The crystal vase, independent of its base, has never been fixed to the plaster to facilitate cleaning. Height 18 cm.
