Abstract painting with white, gray and black notes by Australian painter Stacha Halpern. He was born and studied in Poland, he arrived in Australia in 1939 and studied sculpture there. He spent much of his career in Australia, and traveled to Europe where he exhibited. Some of his work is held in Australian public collections. Good condition.
