Louis XVI Napoleon III Style Marquise In Patinated Golden Wood
Large Louis XVI style armchair in gilded wood, covered with a Genoa velvet tapestry. The woods are in good condition, very finely carved. The gilding is patinated, that is to say that it presents normal wear due to age, which gives it a superb patina of time (see photos of details). The fabric is in good condition, but not new, especially on the back of the backrest which has a small tear (see photo). The traditional spring loaded trim is in good condition. Very comfortable, with its backrest to the Queen. Napoleon III period. Seat dimensions: H 41 x W 76 x D 50 cm
