Iridescent art deco Murano vase Ercole Barovier (unsigned) Between the end of the 1930s and the mid-1940s, Ercole Barovier (1889-1974) continued to orient his production towards transparent / translucent glass pieces, moreover and thicker. In 1938, he presented the Rostrati series (models bristling with prominent pyramidal rostrums) and A Mugnoni (constellated with outgrowths), or in 1940 the A Lenti series (with a multitude of hemispherical reliefs).
