Prie-Dieu or Oratory in walnut, moldings and burl veneer with an opening top surrounded by a frieze with dentils, adorned with two columns engaged in the upright and two detached columns with composite capitals resting on a foot step forming a chest. Solid bottom inlaid with a foliage border at the center of a 16th century light wood wind rose flower cartouche. Provenance Italy. Dimension 93 cm high 65 cm wide and 50 cm deep.
