Exceptional pendulum representing the day and the night the woman holding in hand a bouquet of flowers and on the head a crescent moon ˋ at night 'the man holding a torch ˋ by day' a cherub on either side one wing of bat the other dragonfly based on an owl and a rooster. The back of this splendid and very spectacular pendulum is an extremely rare object. Attributed to Victor PAILLARD around 1860
