This oil on copper panel is 19th. It's a cover of a 17th century tavern scene, probably Dutch. It doesn't have a signature, however you will notice a nice touch and technique. This is the interpretation of a probably 17th Flemish painting. The frame is in natural wood, 19th. the copper plate is important in size.
