Chest Of Drawers Tomb Bronzes In C Crowned Eighteenth Time
Important Louis XV tomb chest of drawers. Violet, amaranth and satin wood veneer. Rich ornamentation of crowned C bronzes, decorated with female heads of acanthus leaves and foliage. This hallmark was carved on the bronzes for a very short period, from 1745 to 1749. Curved on all sides, four drawers in three rows. Royal red breccia marble top. (Graft) This piece of furniture has not undergone any major repairs, apart from maintenance restorations. Marquetry on pine frame, interior oak drawers. With a certificate of expertise dating from 1976.
