Over the refusals of the court and of the nobility, it focuses more and more on the affluent middle classes and foreign orders. Lenoir-Ravrio was already considered an exceptional bronzier during his lifetime, so much so that in a report for the "Industrial Museum" of 1819, he was given a "great reputation".
