LARGE RARE Malachite EMPIRE PENDULUM UM 1820 SIGNED ON THE DIAL L. RAVRIO BRONZIER IN PARIS LOUIS-STANISLAS LENOIR-RAVRIO Paris 1783-Ivry 1846 H. 56 cm (!!!), width. 26 cm, depth. 16 cm LOUIS-STANISLAS LENOIR-RAVRIO Paris 1783-Ivry 1846 Lenoir-Ravrio was a partner and heir to André-Antoine Ravrio (1759-1814), from whom he took over the company in 1814. Over the refusals of the court and of the nobility, it focuses more and more on the affluent middle classes and foreign orders. Lenoir-Ravrio was already considered an exceptional bronzier during his lifetime, so much so that in a report for the "Industrial Museum" of 1819, he was given a "great reputation".
